Must be able to complete the following: Lawn Maintenance Boarding Lock Changes & Lock Boxes Minor Repairs Major Repairs Eviction Services Roof Repair Replacement & Tarps Winterizations Prepare Bids & Reports Inspections Rehab (GC work if you have license) Additional items as assigned.
