Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage meeting scheduling on behalf of the HANC Director and Deputy Director.• Coordinate and manage logistics related to HANC Leadership special projects.• Complete working group call minutes and follow-up on action items.• Coordinate and manage logistics related to HANC staff travel.• Manage the HANC public website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and IT tasks.• Provide coverage and support to HANC colleagues as needed.• Up to 10% travel may be required.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.• Minimum of one year post-master's or three years post-bachelor's project coordination experience in a research setting.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.• High level knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
