Prior to Nutanix, RV had worked at various industry leading companies such as Intuit, Oracle and HPE, developing, launching, and growing market leading products. Committed to giving back, he dedicates part of his time teaching at SJSU. RV holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Guindy, India. In the spirit of being a lifelong learner, he has participated in executive programs at MIT and UC Berkeley. RV resides in the Bay Area and enjoys running, hiking, and biking.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 177,600 and USD $ 355,200 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
