You can create digital experiences that keep us connected to our customers and serve them at every touchpoint. How will you make an impact in this role?As a Senior Product Manager on the Lounge Services team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Global Lounge Collection. You will lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies that enhance the end-to-end journey for our card members, ensuring seamless access and delightful experiences within our global network of airport lounges. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Driving the product roadmap:Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and business goals to deliver a best-in-class lounge experience.Cross-functional collaboration:Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other team members to align on product vision, strategy, and execution plans.Data-driven decision making:Use data analytics and user research to inform product decisions, measure performance, and iterate on features to continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Stakeholder management:Engage with key internal and external partners to build strong relationships, gather feedback, and advocate for resources and support needed to achieve product goals.Leadership and mentorship:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or travel industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.Solid understanding of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and user-centered design principles.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies and decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated ideas and influence collaborators at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and get results.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on products or services related to travel, hospitality, or airport operations.Familiarity with emerging technologies such as mobile apps, biometrics, IoT, and machine learning, and their potential applications in enhancing customer experiences.Knowledge of loyalty programs, membership services, or premium customer segments.Experience working with global teams and managing products across multiple markets and regions.Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
