Responsibilities General Administrative Support - 50
Provides primary leadership in all aspects of graduate program student recruitment, application, admission, scholarships, progression and graduating processes. Provides leadership and assistance in all other School of Nursing program student recruitment, application, admission, scholarships, progression and graduating processes as requested. Assist with orientation for new and returning graduate students. Review website pertaining to graduate programs and advise associate dean on needed updates. Review and update graduate faculty and student handbooks with guidance from associate dean/program director. Routinely monitors course perimeters as applied to student account such as course fee application and count. Performs routine but varied administrative duties to support faculty and contribute to the activities of professional administrative team. Provides substantial support to the NFLP project manager, business and finance team members, and students in all aspects of the NFLP and other loan forgiveness programs. Provides support for students/faculty with Qualtrics surveys and ProQuest applications. Serves on UWG and SON committees. Other duties as assigned. Maintains Data and Communication with UWG Campus Partners - 25
THS SON liaison for all programs for Enrollment Management: Admissions, Financial Aid, Bursar, Registrar working closely with THS SON Business Manager & Dean, Associate Deans, and others as assigned. Requests, analyzes and communicates information from Graduate School/Graduate School Dean on monthly basis in terms of SON applications and enrollment, in conjunction with THS SON Dean, Associate Deans, & Directors. Maintains moderately complex electronic databases and records for faculty, staff and students related to undergraduate and graduate programs and off-campus sites. (Banner, Filemaker Pro etc.). Complies with requirements in archiving and retaining records. Clinical Placement Responsibilities - 25
Develop, implement, and evaluate policies/ procedures for obtaining, maintaining, and reporting health and professional documents, criminal background checks and drug screens for all graduate students and graduate faculty, and undergraduate students as needed, as required by agencies and memos of understanding.
Administers database for the retrieval and safekeeping of student
preceptor qualification information required legally by the Department of
Health for THS SON program licensure.
In partnership with CPS, assure all student placements are entered, reviewed, and approved in ACEMAPP, SIMPLAR and/or other clinical placement software. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities ABILITIES
This role is the senior administrative associate over the graduate program. This role is required to monitor and facilitate admitted status, loan programs, and the confirmation of course fees when applicable. If error is not immediately addressed, the School of Nursing will have financial distress on the operational budget as well as debt that can be passed to students affecting retention, graduation, and future growth of the program. SKILLS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important. Experience working with diverse groups of people and ability to present a positive image for the School of Nursing and University. Essential: candidates must be adaptable to a rapid-paced work environment and possess a considerable degree of flexibility and initiative. Able to use Windows computer operating systems, applicable software programs, and Google Drive. Must be able to work independently while functioning as a team member. Effectively coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced office environment and meet numerous critical deadlines efficiently and effectively.
