Clean Eatz Concord is looking for one front of house manager to join our 9 person strong team. We are located on Concord Mills Blvd in Concord. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working. We are looking for someone with OPEN availability (morning, afternoon, evening, weekend) for around 30-35 hours per week. We are only open until 7, so you would not work any later than 7:30. Weekends are only 11am to 3pm. Responsibilities FOH managers are required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
a) Assisting customers with knowledge in our individual meals and help up-sell product and supplements.
b) Solicit and help prepare local Caterings, events, marketing partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that would benefit Clean Eatz Concord
c) Helping to merchandise, and organize the grab n go coolers, desserts & supplements.
d) Ringing up food orders, running food, and helping customers bag and pick up meals.
e) Side work including cleaning tables, sweeping, windows, dishes, moping, and other opening and closing procedures.
f) Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Qualifications At least 1 Year of prior Customer Service experience, with excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a quick and efficient manner without affecting the customer's experience. Experience in a LEADERSHIP role. A passion to help others on their lifestyle journey in leading by example. Common knowledge of macronutrients, popular diets, and common allergens. Easy navigation through Brink POS technology, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive. We are looking forward to hearing from you.
