Job Description There are no do-overs with vacations. You know what people need and are legendary at winning them over. You understand that every check-in is the first impression, and every check-out could be a lasting one. As a Front Desk Agent with Westgate Resorts, you will be part of an award-winning brand!
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests, issuing room keys. Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts. Computes bills, collects payments, and makes changes for guests. Ability to listen to and find solutions for guests' challenges Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner. Excellent customer service skills. Requirements Must be able to work full-time, flexible schedule, weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 15lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
