Job Description:
Cummins is seeking a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field- 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role- Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Independent and reliable work ethic- Presentation and leadership skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
