Responsibilities
• Follow forklift rules and policies as described by Company Policy• Stage finished product batches in accordance with production tickets and reports• Coordinate with Production team to know and work in line with production plan• Wrap pallets• Follow all GMPs, SOPs, and plant safety rules• Obtain packaging materials and ensure they are in good condition• Ensure proper labeling on pallets• Fill out daily paperwork accurately and on time• Notify Manager of safety, food safety, and quality concerns• Assist other departments as needed
Requirements
• Basic English reading, writing, speaking, and math skills• Forklift Certification• At least one year of experience operating machinery in a food packing or light industrial environment• Experience and accountability for filling out regulatory paperwork• 1 year experience driving a standing forklift
