Build on existing human resources function Maintain frequent and professional conversation with executive team on HR initiatives General office administrative duties including (but not limited to) assistance answering phones, scanning and filing documents Maintain employee personnel files Lead all internal Human Resource initiatives Support the firm's professional accounting staff with client database management, client invoices and billings, correspondence, client phone calls, tax return e-file rejections, preparation of expense reports, and calendar and appointment management Assemble tax returns and other client deliverables Support the firm's chief of operations with human resource aspects of internal operations Requirements:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Display appropriate ethical knowledge through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity, and professional presentation and conduct Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel and all types of personalities Strong work ethic Ability to coordinate multiple assignments concurrently Excellent attention to detail Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to provide exceptional internal service through a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently An attitude of continuous improvement Ability to be flexible regarding work responsibilities and processes, and to perform well under deadlines and other stressful situations Regular and predictable attendance during normal business hours Experience in office administration (experience in public accounting or other professional services is a plus) Completion of Culture Index survey.
