The Field Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the operational functions of the location they are assigned to. This includes all aspects of installing, repairing, and maintaining heating and air conditioning systems. The Field Supervisor will ensure work is completed on time and according to all company policies, local code ordinances, and current safety guidelines. This is a field position, which means the only time in office should be during meetings, training, picking up parts, or dropping off parts. The Field Supervisor position could transition into a Location Manager role, according to the individual's skills, attitude, and adherence to our Core Values (might require relocation).

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all required federal, state, and local reporting is completed. Maintain superior customer service by reviewing all customer service issues and making sure they are resolved on the same day with the assistance of the Location Manager. Verify that all service calls are being properly dispatched to the appropriate technicians. Verify all warranty paperwork is processed and all credits are received. Attend any required training that CALL DAD deems necessary. Ensure the Location aesthetics are kept up to company standards and all janitorial activities are completed. Order replenishment parts for all vehicles daily. Follow up on all unsold estimates daily. Maintain KPI's for your branches service department. Ensure all payments were collected from non-property management customers. Follow up on all on-hold jobs to update customers on parts or schedule them as soon as possible. Call prior days install to do a follow-up and get an inspection date scheduled for the state.
