Responsibilities
• Developing a high-performing team and delivering sales growth in retail and services.• Overseeing stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads.• Driving performance, guest experience, and compliance standards.• Promoting teamwork and guest service excellence.• Executing inventory control processes.• Communicating and providing feedback to field and services leadership.
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of retail management or relevant work experience.• Bachelor's degree preferred.• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required.• Financial management and retail management skills.• Leadership management and strong collaboration skills.• Proficiency with basic technology and excellent communication skills.• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
