Responsibilities
• Develop key geometrical architectures for vehicles• Work with product design teams to develop propulsion systems• Collaborate with engineers and designers to create new solutions• Problem-solve geometric solutions using 3D CAD• Optimize vehicle topology for efficient propulsion systems
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field• 5+ years of experience in automotive product development environment• 3+ years of experience in Catia V5 or V6 design• 1+ years of experience in Dassault 3DX design• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Key Skills Needed
• Mechanical engineering fundamentals• Vehicle systems and architecture• Design for manufacturing processes• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)• Proficiency in 3D CAD software• Strong communication skills
