Dive Deep: Analyze bid documents and attend pre-bid meetings to determine project scope. Master Takeoffs: Perform meticulous electrical material takeoffs and quantify accurate estimates. Subcontractor Savvy: Secure competitive quotes from subcontractors and vendors for optimal project value. Team Player: Collaborate with the team to identify and select the best vendors and subcontractors for each project. Schedule Guru: Develop detailed electrical project schedules to ensure on-time completion. Meeting Maestro: Actively participate in project meetings throughout the job lifecycle. Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Safety First: Maintain a strong safety and quality focus on all projects. Communication Champion: Clearly communicate with team members and trade partners to foster collaboration. You possess a minimum of 5 years of electrical project management or estimating experience with a proven track record of success. Prior hands-on electrical field experience is a valuable asset. You're a software pro, familiar with estimating tools like Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick (or similar). Your organizational and planning skills are top-notch. You excel in both written and verbal communication for clear and concise project updates. You're a team player with a positive attitude and a self-motivated drive.
