Electrical Engineer

Hire Resolve's client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Electrical Engineer in Columbia, MO.
Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects as Project Manager; small MEP projects may have only one project manager. Attend project meetings with the client. Coordinate design requirements with internal MEP staff as well as other project team members. Coordinate utility company service requirements. Perform code research as applicable to each project. Coordinate/Manage resources within the office to complete project tasks on schedule and within budget. Prepare project budgets, write progress reports, and perform invoice reviews. Perform quality control and peer reviews of project designs by others in the office. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (required) Experience (5 yrs+) in the design of electrical systems for commercial construction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Project Management experience is a plus, especially managing multiple projects at once Knowledge of NEC, IBC, and other building codes, as well as LEED/sustainability design requirements AutoCAD and/or Revit drafting experience. Specific experience in healthcare electrical design. PE license desired and would be expected at a later date.
