Responsibilities
• Typing and formatting documents according to company standards• Maintenance of documents and correspondences• Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and spelling• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Attention to detail with superior proofreading abilities• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel• Computer literacy, including familiarity with common word processing and spreadsheet software• Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry, taking minutes and dictations, typing letters, and other documents
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Administrator• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Excellent typing and data entry skills• Superior attention to detail and proofreading abilities• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
