Job Description THE POSITION:
The Director, Patient Services Product Management is the leader responsible for defining and managing the Patient Services capabilities and product portfolio. This includes defining existing product offerings, identifying market gaps, and proposing and building new products and solutions to advance the EVERSANA patient services platform and support revenue and earnings growth strategies for the organization. This leader will be a key contributor to the strategic direction of the patient services team, support and foster an environment that encourages team members to share leadership, ownership,
responsibility, and accountability to accomplish the key objectives of the EVERSANA organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, influence, and partner across the business unit and organization to define the patient services product strategy and oversee the product life cycle process, including identification, assessment, design, and delivery of new offerings, as well as manage existing portfolio enhancements Establish and manage a data driven approach to setting and measuring product goals and performance; manage to product scorecards and line reviews through the establishment of key performance indicators for evaluating product health and growth for all products Stay abreast of market changes, both changes in competitors and competitor offerings, as well as changes in the policy, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape Act as the business unit product expert with respect to overall patient services product portfolio and overall solution capabilities; support the business development process as needed to generated sustainable top line growth and margin. Establish regular methods of communication to keep business unit functional leadership, cross functional leadership, and clients informed of plans and progress All other duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB: Effectively analyze complex issues/problems and lead/influence individuals and groups in developing and implementing successful resolution tactics. Use highly effective communication and presentation skills to influence behavior, stimulate innovation, promote best practices and drive organizational change. Partner with cross functional teams including but not limited to ,Market Access, Finance, Pharmacy, Clinical, Operations Support, IT , Quality, Legal and Compliance, and HR support clients and patients Establish appropriate policies and procedures ensuring ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, licensure, accreditation standards, internal controls, and client contractual obligations Represent EVERSANA and serve as a spokesperson for Patient Services both internally and externally Support business development initiatives by furnishing input for promotional materials, and participating in prospective client proposals and sales presentations as needed Work with senior management and staff to develop strategic plans to ensure achievement of growth and profitability targets. Develop and implement goals, objectives and action plans Travel required: 20% travel; primarily to other sites, client sites/meetings and industry conferences The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position.
An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above. Qualifications MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
Bachelor's Degree 5 years product management experience; Leadership skills particularly in cultivating a high performance team with strong customer focus Highly developed time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities with a high degree of initiative Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with ability to interact and influence all levels of management Management of pharmaceutical manufacturer services, specialty pharmacy, and/or reimbursement (medical and pharmacy benefit) Proficiency in analytics, management by objectives, budget administration, and evaluating the performance of others A track record of utilizing tact, diplomacy, good judgment and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial goals for an organization Ability to embrace positive conflict and demonstrated ability to resolve negative conflict Intellectual curiosity to look at a problem from all sides in order to recognize issues and opportunities, recommend solutions and execute to resolution Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop employees Ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment, make independent decisions, and maintain confidential information Ability to work cross functionally to identify and prioritize company goals Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Degree in business or healthcare 5 years in healthcare or pharma 2 years in project management
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. This is a largely sedentary role. While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to stand and/or sit for long period of time (up to 90%). Additionally they are regularly required to talk or hear, type and engage in repetitive motion, reach and grasp; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is intermittently required to stoop or crouch; push or pull; or
kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This role requires mental alertness. The employee must regularly communicate both verbally and written; concentrate on tasks; and remember and observe details. The employee must frequently adjust to changes; handle stress and emotions; and think analytically.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands. This job requires frequent travel outside the local area and overnight.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $119,000 to $161,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications /skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
