Summary We are looking for a Product Consultant to join our amazing team! ProMax takes pride in its top-tier sales organization. Product Consultants are charged with presenting the benefits of ProMax through interactive online and in-person product demonstrations with franchise and independent automotive dealers in the United States. Candidates should be able to articulate technology concepts and position our products to both business and technical end-users.
What You'll Do: Identify all technical issues and dealership concerns to ensure complete customer satisfaction and understanding throughout all sales process stages. Become a product expert with a deep understanding of ProMax solutions and competitive product offerings. Establish and maintain strong relationships to the sales team's needs throughout the sales cycle. Deliver compelling sales demos in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity. Complete and submit all required paperwork and/or reports, including but not limited to weekly status reports. Complete and record any information about lead generation activities and/or accounts in the company's CRM system. Responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations Convey customer requirements to the Sales Team What You'll Have:  Automotive or SaaS sales experience Proven record of sales success in a similar industry Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt Strong organizational skills, preferably with hands-on CRM experience The ability to understand customer's needs on both the business and technical sides Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and meticulous attention to detail Must have excellent customer-facing soft skills to interact with both internal and external customers Strong persuasive speaking skills, comfortable with public speaking to attract and engage large training groups and sales demonstrations of high importance. Education & Experience* High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience Compensation: 62-68K
