Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising nursing services.• Ensures compliance with regulations and implementation of nursing programs.• Maintains records and reports for resident care.• Orients and trains nursing services personnel.• Manages nursing services department budget.• Follows center policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Current state RN licensure without enforcement.• Previous DON experience of 3 years or more preferred.
