Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at R.R. Donnelley & Sons in Indianapolis, Indiana. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make necessary adjustments- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies- Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing- Manage digital advertising budgets and ROI- Lead and support the digital marketing team in achieving goals and objectives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and confident- Ability to think critically and problem solve- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms- Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
