Devsecops Engineer

Abacus Technology is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to oversee the Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) of developed products at Aberdeen Proving Ground . This is a full-time position.
Work with the development, engineering, architecture, and testing teams to define the set of tools and processes for the continuous delivery pipeline. Ensure that the tools are compliant with security requirements. Streamline the Authority to Operate (ATO) process from a tools and technical process perspective. Automate testing where possible. Ensure that the CI/CD processes align with operational requirements. 7+ years experience in software development and cyber security in classified environments. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience leading complex cyber security software development and deployment activities in classified environments. Must have hands-on experience working with tools and technologies in software development, configuration control, testing, security, automation, containerization, orchestration, cloud services, and/or open-source technologies. Experience with Agile development methodology. Must have an in-depth understanding of each stage of the software development and project life cycle. Able to interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements. Able to work as part of a team providing guidance and working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders and customers. Adaptable, self-critical, good communications skills (oral and written), curious, with a strong desire to learn. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
