Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: • 1st Shift – 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Mon.-Fri). – $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

What's a typical day as a Data Entry Clerk? You will: Review and reorganize existing HR documents, including employee records, contracts, and compliance forms.
Digitize hardcopy HR documents using scanning equipment or software.
Create and maintain organized file structures for digital HR documents.
Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive HR information.
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives. if needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: Proven experience in HR data entry or similar role.
Understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with HRIS or similar database systems preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
