Data Analyst

Position Overview & Responsibilities

The data analyst position will require the ability to leverage and evaluate data and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with a team to address data and reporting needs and creating reports to show findings. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, strong knowledge of Excel and knowledge of database structures, and have a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

The Data Analyst's core responsibilities will include the following:
Compile and distribute regularly scheduled data reports across the company.
Maintain and debug macros and python scripts used for report automation.
Analyze and develop reports using BI tools like Tableau.
Retrieve information from databases using Excel queries and SQL.
Assist in the company-wide standardization of metrics.
Provide operational ad-hoc reporting to end users as needed.

This position is onsite in Daleville, VA

M- F - 8 hour shifts

Education, Skills, and Experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required.

Python (preferred)

SQL (preferred)

Tableau (preferred)

• Process driven, detailed oriented and highly organized.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
