Job Description:

Stryker is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team remotely in Chicago, Illinois. This position is part-time and at the entry-level, requiring at least one year of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be reliable, and have a high level of energy to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers- Serve as a brand ambassador and promote customer satisfaction

Requirements:- At least one year of experience in customer support or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Project management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously- People management skills to effectively handle customer complaints and de-escalate tense situations- Reliable and energetic personality traits to provide exceptional customer service- Remote work flexibility required- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
