Dean Foods is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Support Associate in our Indianapolis, Indiana office. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong problem-solving and research skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
