Customer Support & Administrative Specialist Location Franklin, TN : Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America and we are hiring now! The Group Remarketing Department for Enterprise Mobility is looking for the right individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Administrative Specialist based out of the Group Administrative office located in Franklin, TN! About the Role: This position will provide general administrative, reporting and office support for our Remarketing team.The position is full-time, working approximately 40 hours per week with our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Hourly rate : Starting pay is $20.00 / hour with annual increases
We offer: Paid time off Employee rental car discounts Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid training and development Responsibilities: Administer all buyer's orders and title paperwork between the remarketing team, auctions and our dealership partners Delete vehicles according to current in service requirements Coordinate assignment, deliver and receipt of titles Distribute spare keys to the regions Process floorplan paperwork, payments and refunds Assist with the production, distribution and comparison of reports and may perform basic analysis or report summaries Create, establish and maintain department documents and filing system Prepare correspondences, support documents, as needed Communicate accounting policies and required documents to remarketing Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a high school diploma or GED Must have at least one year of experience in an administrative support position Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) Must have a current valid driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last three years No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Apart from religious observations, must be able to work full-time, 40 hours a week Additional Skills/Competencies Needed:
