As a full-time entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our fundraising efforts and providing excellent service to our donors and supporters. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting donors with inquiries, donations, and support requests via phone, email, and other communication channels. Building rapport with donors and supporters, cultivating positive relationships, and expressing gratitude for their contributions. Providing information about our fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to donors and prospective supporters. Processing donations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are recorded and documented properly. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure donor information is up-to-date and accurate in our database. Representing our organization professionally and ethically in all interactions with donors and supporters. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Enthusiasm for fundraising and making a positive impact in the community. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
