Customer Success Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a resilient and hardworking Customer Success Representative to join our team at HP. This is a part-time work from home position based in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention- Provide support and guidance to customers to help them maximize their HP products and services- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on HP products, services, and industry trends- Meet or exceed customer success metrics and goals

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Planning and organizational skills- Cooperation and teamwork skills- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
