Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

The Customer Success Representative at Chevron will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely from their location in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time entry-level position requires zero years of experience and is ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, possess critical thinking skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes- Monitor customer accounts and proactively address potential problems- Provide product and service demonstrations to customers as needed

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
