Job Description:
Valero Energy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success by providing excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.4. Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver a seamless customer experience.6. Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers as needed.7. Act as a customer advocate within the company, sharing feedback and insights to drive product improvements.8. Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer success and retention.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.5. Adaptable and resourceful mindset.6. Leadership and creativity in finding solutions to customer challenges.7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.9. Remote work experience is a plus.
