Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Success Officer to join our team at Tech Data in San Francisco, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, and possess strong soft skills such as creativity and project management.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions- Implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers- Proactively address customer issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management skills and attention to detail- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
