Job Description:
Principal Financial is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 8 years of experience in customer success roles, with a track record of achieving results and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to drive revenue growth- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn- Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- 8+ years of experience in customer success roles- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Confident and resilient personality traits- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans- Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities- Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms- Willingness to travel as needed
