Customer Success Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a hardworking and driven Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be based in Chicago, Illinois, US, with the flexibility to work from home. We are looking for an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat2. Assist customers with product inquiries, complaints, and issues resolution3. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and retention4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling5. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for process improvement6. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems as needed7. Assist with generating reports and analyzing data to track customer success metrics8. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about product updates and best practices

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities6. Experience working in a remote or virtual team setting is a plus
