Job Description:
Magic Leap is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be driven and independent, with a strong creative and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:- Assisting with onboarding new customers and providing training on Magic Leap products and services- Managing customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Working closely with the marketing team to develop customer success stories and case studies
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
