G&A Surveillance is seeking a customer service representative to join our team.

Responsibilities: Answering phone calls for product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.
Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
Processing, picking and packaging orders.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Be a multi-tasker, switching between multiple screens and programs with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information.
Qualifications: A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Flexible Schedules
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
