Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and resourceful Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Stripe in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement- Meet and exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements

Requirements:- Hardworking and resourceful individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution- Excellent persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and influence their decisions- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- High school diploma or equivalent
