Customer Service Representative - HYBRID SCHEDULE - Tue & Wed onsite | Mon, Thur & Fri remote Location:  Vernon Hills, IL
Hours: open to work between the hours of 7am-7pm - 8 hour shift
Pay: $17-18/hr (based on experience)
One of our clients is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team! Great work environment, offer a hybrid schedule and great training! You will be answer a high volume of call and communicating with customers over phone and email:
Job Duties: Manage high call volume • Manage customer email responses
• Assist with all customer inquiries
• Enter customer orders
• Track, trace and follow up on order status for customers
• Manage customer returns
• Submit incomplete orders
• Creates work orders
• Identifies, documents, and communicates quality related improvements
