Responsibilities
• Enter orders, verify information, and maintain files• Respond quickly and accurately to customer requests• Act as a liaison between customer and production• Handle order cancellations or changes internally or externally• Maintain close liaison with Manufacturing for on-time delivery• Participate in training and professional development• Administer customer service accounts to achieve business objectives• Oversee assigned customer accounts• Interpret customer requests, monitor performance and delivery• Work with Accounting to research credits and debits
Requirements
• Proficient in customer service• Attention to detail and accuracy• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize• Proficient in computer systems and software• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs• Ability to negotiate and handle customer complaints• Good organizational and time management skills
