We are looking for a dedicated and confident individual to join our team at Genuine Parts as a Customer Service Officer working remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately- Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date- Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Adaptability to changing priorities and situations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
