Customer Service/Call Center Representative-No Cold Calls!

You will be working in an Inbound/Outbound call center that schedules appointments for our Service Department.  No cold calling! Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in relevant computer applications 1-3 years of experience in a call center/phone customer service environment Knowledge of customer service practices and principles Excellent data entry and typing skills Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately Bilingual is a plus, but not required Valid Drivers License Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends (40 hours/week) We offer the Call Center Customer Service Representative: Earn up to $19.73/hr.
