Customer Care Representative - Work From Home

Nextdoor is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner- Providing product information and assistance to customers- Updating customer accounts and information accurately- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
