The individual must possess excellent customer service skills, manage a high level of confidentiality, and provide strong problem solving and analytical skills.Responsibilities include:Comprehensive analysis of financial information and assessing the risk of offering credit to customers in accordance with established corporate policies and optimizing corporate profitabilityUse of secondary protection to include job/projects, letters of credit, pre-lien notices, personal and cross-corporate guarantees in credit extensionMonitor credit exceptions for new shipmentsFacilitate communication with both external and internal customers to reconcile disputed balancesMaintain existing portfolio of credit accounts on an on-going basis through regular correspondenceQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in related areaExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyAdditional InformationITW is an equal opportunity employer.
