Contract Program Manager Seeking a strategic Program Manager to direct large-scale dormitory management services contract. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and administrative areas of multi-site contract serving government training facilities.
Responsibilities: - Serve as main point of contact and relationship manager with government staff.
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance across all contract requirements.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff to maintain necessary personnel levels.
- Implement inventory controls procedures and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor budgets, analyze statistics, allocate resources efficiently.
- Obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
Requirements: - 4 years of college or a bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of recent (within the past 10 years) responsible experience in Federal Contract management and supervision of facility operations, including facilities in adult education resident facilities, facility maintenance, food services, housekeeping, and human resources at facilities having the approximate size, characteristics, and service mix as the FLETC Complex.
- Proficiency in oral and written communications in English.
- Basic computer skills include the ability to input data into the system and generate various reports and correspondence as required.
- Ability to obtain DoD SECRET security clearance.
