Fully remote or Hybrid, seeking candidates based in DMV Area Locations - Richmond, Charlottesville, Virginia Beach, Baltimore, etc. The Company:

We are looking for passionate, driven candidates to help solve our client's complex problems and guide them towards operational success. Consultants are responsible for a discrete part of the problem solving on each project. They play an important role on the project teams: performing critical analyses, contributing to final recommendations, and often presenting their work to Censeo and client leadership. Some responsibilities include:    Evaluate inventory of resources to optimize quality, format, and navigation for users locating government services. Execute user research targeting user needs and expectations to inform the content, design and placement of key acquisition resources. Analyze metrics and user feedback to improve marketing of acquisition resources. Use human-centered design principles to develop a content strategy for government office. Test digital content for Plain language and 508 compliance. Regularly publish content (e.g., case studies, interview write-ups, newsletters) to share on a government program office's intranet. Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track performance metrics and make informed. recommendations to improve digital content and outreach strategy on internal Google site. The Ideal Candidate:

We believe a successful candidate will have: BA/BS required with strong academic background. Familiarity with Plain language, 508 compliance, and 21 Century IDEA Act guidance. Working with federal agencies, specifically the U.S. General Services Administration is preferred but not required Experience developing content strategies in collaboration with team members, including developing user journey maps, executing content audits, and translating research and analysis into design decisions. Experience conducting user research to identify challenges and needs. Experience evaluating the effectiveness and performance of content using data analysis and analytics tools, such as GA4 and Siteimprove. Ability to work effectively on a project with demanding deadlines in a team environment. Effective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audiences. The Location :
This position is remote or hybrid. For those local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., a fantastic city for working professionals. We work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to work from home and work in our office conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks away from the White House. And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.
