Job Description:
Leucadia National is seeking a confident and passionate Contact Center Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat interactions with customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner- Providing product information and assistance with orders- Processing customer returns and exchanges- Documenting all interactions in the customer relationship management system- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call quality and resolution time
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Confident and passionate attitude- Strong decision-making and leadership skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
