Job Description:

Jarden is seeking a confident and hardworking Contact Center Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.2. Providing solutions to customer issues and ensuring resolution in a timely manner.3. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.4. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.7. Going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.3. Excellent emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions effectively.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.5. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
