Commercial Lines Account Executive – Independent Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 125k/year – Lakewood, NJ Our client, a 13+ year independent agency headquartered in Lakewood, NJ has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their team. They provide comprehensive insurance solutions & understand the insurance coverage needs of the real estate industry, hospitality, and healthcare fields. The Commercial Lines Account Manager role is open due to growth within the organization. This role will be focused on a book of business that will consist heavily of real estate, hospitality, GL, property, and umbrella. This is a fully remote opportunity! Responsibilities: Build the book through new business opportunities generated by the producers Marketing to carriers, quoting, renewals, and interacting daily with clients & producers Understanding insurance market dynamics, pricing trends, and underwriting criteria Support from an Account Manager and CSR will be provided for this position Qualifications: EPIC experience preferred but not required. 3+ years commercial lines experience. Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed. Compensation: Base salary in the 100k - 125k/year range Commission on any new business you bring in (20% new and 15% renewal) Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO, Long Term/Short Term Disability, and Paid Holidays
