An elite general contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent with experience running the day-to-day operations of ground-up multifamily construction projects. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking for a stable general contractor with room to advance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Evaluate the Building Specification to verify material, subcontractor, and equipment criteria and identify potential project document conflict
* Maintain project plans, communication, correspondence and subcontracts
* Review, coordinate and implement the safety measures and applicable company programs for the project required to conform with OSHA standards and to ensure a safe workplace
* Monitor project labor productivity and material quantity requirements
* Keep the company informed of any deviations from the original budgets
* Completely review, organize , and implement the quality assurance program developed for the project
* Review project punch list and oversee completion of all project disciplines necessary to receive a certificate of occupancy
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of experience in commercial/multifamily construction with a General Contractor or Developer/Builder
* Must be willing to travel
* Proven track record of successfully overseeing ground-up multifamily projects...garden or podium.
* Team player with a focus on building quality projects within budget and on schedule
* Knowledge of field supervision and quality control of all phases of construction along with the ability to manage/develop field engineers and assistant superintendents
