Job Description:

Affirm is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in a remote work setting in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Educate clients on our products and services to help them make informed decisions.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.5. Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system.6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the client experience.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Adaptable and driven personality traits.3. Critical thinking and planning skills.4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.6. High school diploma or equivalent.7. Availability to work part-time hours.8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
