Job Description:
Markel is seeking a dynamic and driven Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Denver, Colorado, US.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional client support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Assist clients with account management tasks, including updating information and processing requests.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved.5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.6. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch service to clients.7. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist clients.8. Contribute to the overall success of the customer support team and the company.
Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.3. Passion for providing excellent customer service and problem-solving.4. Ability to cooperate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and requests.6. Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.8. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
